HoopGrind is a year-round Training Program, that works with male and female athletes from the youth level to professional players. We provide multiple innovative platforms for athletes to separate themselves from the competition.
Training Sessions are broken down by age, skill level, and playing experience. The primary breakdown is based on playing experience as follows.
- Middle School (6th-8th grade)
- High School (9th-12th grade)
- Private (1 individual)

HoopGrind Performance training is all about basketball specific athleticism training. We focus on speed agility and quickness as well as explosiveness, balance and overall strength in a basketball context.
HoopGrind has specially designed programs to incorporate not only high level skill development, but Basketball specific performance training. These session can maximize an athletes training experience.
